I am Louise, a passionate South African and social entrepreneur who started Symphonia. I have dedicated the next decade of my life to contributing to a radical transformation in the South African education system so that all children in South Africa will have access to quality education by 2022. 

I believe the answer to the education crisis lies with citizens rather than politicians or government officials.

My idea worth spreading to present at TEDxCapeTown 2012 is to introduce a radical innovation in the field of CSI, education reform and leadership development that creates opportunities for business leaders to make a significant difference to education whilst developing their leadership skills.
